JCECE JCET Application Forms 2014: Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board, i.e. JCECE each year conducts the Jharkhand Common Entrance Test. 

These examinations are conducted for the candidates who wish to take admissions in Medical, Engineering and Agricultural undergraduate (UG) & Postgraduate (PG) courses in Colleges of Jharkhand. The colleges affiliated with the board are both private as well as government, which will be admitting students in the basis of merit list of the test.

The JCECE JCET application form will start in the month of March. Students who wish to make applications must fill Jharkhand CET Application Form 2014, further details have been explained below:-

Eligibility Criteria:

Students must have cleared class 12th  with  the science subjects i.e. engineering aspiring students must have cleared in  Physics, Math and Chemistry whereas  medical aspiring students must have cleared in Physics, Biology and Chemistry

JCECE JCET Application Form Fees

Students of General Category need to pay an application fees of Rs 585/- whereas it is Rs 310/- for reserved category students.

The application fees have to be paid in the form of Demand Draft which would be drawn in the favor of “Controller of Examinations, JCECE. The DD would be payable at Ranchi. Candidate must provide their details on the back of DD, i.e. Name, Application no.  and then send it to the address prescribed by the board.

Examination Pattern

The exams would be conducted in two phases i.e. Preliminary and Main Examination & preliminary test conducts papers in four subjects, i.e. Physics, Math, Chemistry and Biology, as per the stream.

The questions asked in the exams will be of objective type & the total mark of question paper is 200.

The duration or total time of the examination will be of two and a half hours & there would be a negative marking for each incorrect answer.

Selection Procedure: 

The selection of candidates would be completely based on the merit list (which will be prepared on the basis of the exams scored by the candidate).
